This handsome dark bay gelding enjoyed a nice career, but his time at
the track is over. Funds were raised by the Fans of Barbaro to acquire
him, and he eventually ended up with The Exceller Fund. “Bryan” is
located in Lexington Kentucky and ready to be your new buddy! Bryan
appears to be sound and ready to please in any number of equine
disciplines. As you can see, he will even tolerate being dressed as the
Easter Bunny!
UPDATE: 12-3-09 - We got some unfortunate news upon having Bryan's knee x-rayed recently. It appears that he will not remain riding sound for more than two years if anything more than light riding (aka walking on the trail occasionally) is done with him at this point. We are heartbroken by this news as Bryan has the personality of an angel. With that being said, he may need an angel of his own... if anyone is interested in adopting or sponsoring this guy, he'd love to meet you!
