"After my movie appearance, a lot of people wanted to see me and talk about me and fuss over me. It was fun at first, but then I started to feel a lot of pressure from all of this publicity and the darn paparazzi seemed to be everywhere! So I went off to the country to relax and enjoy just "being a horse" with my buddies romping around in a field. After awhile though, that got kind of boring and I missed my public. So I've come back and I'm ready to embrace the attention!"

Hi everybody!

I'm all settled in back home now and rested up, and just have to write ya'll about my latest adventure. I'm not sure what I did, but it was sure interesting anyway!

I can always tell when something is happening: The big moving stall thing shows up in front of the barn and the humans start putting things in it and doing all sorts of things. And when I start getting bathed and having the buzzers ran over me and sprayed with stuff and brushed and fluffed and my mane pulled I know I'm getting ready to head out! We left 6 dinners ago, right after breakfast.

I thought I was real clear in my earlier letter when I requested West Virginia be moved out of my way when I travel, but apparently that is just asking too much? After all, I'm just the world's most popular pony, star of stage and screen and a Good Boy, so I can understand when the simple things I ask are just too much work. Don't go beating yourselves up over it.

As its the time when the grass starts growing, I thought I was heading back to the Dallas Horse Park. The trip lasted about the same time, but boy was I surprised when the moving stall stopped and I walked out! There were horses everywhere - little tiny horses that weren't any bigger than a dog. Horses so huge I bet I could have walked under them! Horses walking and being ridden and pulling wagons and stuff. Horses dressed up in costumes. I thought I knew a thing or two about horses, but saw stuff I never dreamed of!

And HUMANS! Humans walking and riding horses and buzzing around in little carts. Humans everywhere! And moving stalls and big growlers that move them and this HUGE long noisy thing above my head that came and went and made the ground shake. The humans called it a "train". Anywhere else this "train" would have caused some serious concern, but here it was just part of the scenery.

The humans got me all situated and comfy in a stall in the biggest barn I've seen. There were about 1100 stalls in it they said! My room was nice and I felt OK about it. I had my dinner bucket from home and my food, so the important things were in place!

My neighbor was named "Nevada Joe" by his humans and he had lived a real interesting life. He was born in the desert (thats a place with no grass and its hot) and he lived there with other horses and no humans! He said he almost never saw a human. He could run forever and there were no fences or barns and they ate whatever they could find. I could tell he liked that, but I was thinking "No dinners?" "No cookies??". Then one day he was caught by humans and he was real scared and mad but they were nice to him and now he does all kinds of things and travels alot in his moving stall. I like Joe. Visit his website!

Joe's humans and my humans seemed to get along really good and laughed alot. Joe also had a couple dogs he hung out with, and for some reason these dogs thought it was cute to take my lead rope and walk me around. Since they were Joe's dogs I went along with it.

Nevada Joe's dog takes Dallas for a walk.

My days there were sorta boring I guess. Every morning after breakfast I walked with my humans to another barn that was full of all kinds of stuff and I had a stall next to Joe. My humans were next to my stall and all day long humans came to see me and talk to me and take my pictures and stuff. I got lots of cookies and took naps and was a Good Boy.

Dallas takes a nap!

Every day my humans would take me for walks around the place. Walks were adventures, as I never knew what I would see. I walked right through crowds of humans and horses and little carts buzzing around and never really paid much attention to it all.

The first day during my walk I noticed this little building where humans would walk up and get treats handed to them! I just had to check that out, so I walked up to the human in the building and she gave me this white thing that was real cold. They called it Ice Cream. I tried it, but didn't get a chance to eat the whole thing. The Ice Cream Human must have really liked me because she kept showing up to talk to me and give me pieces of apple.

The Ice Cream lady comes back!

One day I was surprised to see my human from the Dallas Horse Park! She had come from there just to see me. I really like her and was happy to see her again. We talked and went for a walk together before she had to leave, and I hope she visits me again.

After 4 dinners there I was starting to think I would be there forever or something, but then we left and drove back home. That was a real long day and it was sooooo late when I got here, but I knew Lexi would be up. I was so happy to finally get out where I could run and be with her! She fussed at me at first and smelled me all over to see if she could smell any fillies but Thank Goodness I passed inspection.

So all is back to normal now, except one thing - Where the HECK is my NEW halter??? I had just gotten a brand new halter with a shiny "Rich In Dallas as Seabiscuit" thingie on it and was wearing it, and then my humans took it off and gave it to another human for some reason. He ran off with it and I haven't seen it since! Like its gonna fit his round pumpkin human head. I've never had so much trouble keeping a halter in my life!

Hi everybody,

Today Lexi and I went on a short trip together to another farm, and got fussed over and petted and had folks take our pictures and stuff. You know - the usual Dallas "press the flesh, kiss the babies" kinda stuff. I wanted Lexi to go with me so she could watch me at work......so how did THAT work you ask? NOT TOO GOOD! Little Ms Lexi with her cute purple bow just wanted to hog the whole show! Like the people had come to see her! She worked the crowd like a pro, getting the treats and head rubs and acting all sweet for the liitle humans. This is the last time I take her along!!

Anyway, there were quite a few humans there, and Lexi and I were together in our own arena thing. The female human was dressed up in her Superbisuit clothes, but today she didn't ride me. I heard the humans say she was hurting and couldn't ride. So the male humans said "Well Cowboy, today you show the folks the racehorse to moviestar to western cow pony versatility"

Whats a cow?

I got all saddled up in my trail saddle and the male human rode around on me, talking into this thing he held that made his voice real loud. He was talking about me and other racehorses and ReRun and The Exceller Fund and answering questions as we walked around. Then it was picture time; I had alot of humans get pictures of me, while Lexi ate our hay and spilled our water!

The humans said I did just wonderfully, especially with the little humans. Hey - I am a professional, people! Of COURSE I did good! But its good to hear it anyway. The humans had a bunch of stuff donated to them too, like a whole box of Ulcer Guard for the horses that have ulcers. They also got "money", which I guess is like treats or something for humans. I guess you could say it was a fun, stress-free day.

I attached a couple pics of me and the male human taken today. What do ya think of the "Dallas as Cowpony" thing?

And what the heck is a cow!!!!!!!

Dear Exceller Board,

I'm Back! Its been so many dinners since I was able to write anybody that I lost count! But I remember when I was leaving to go to The Dallas Horse Park that the humans and Lexi said I would be coming back when my hair started to get longer, so I have been waiting since I noticed one morning I was getting furry again. Today was the day! The poor humans at my park were wailing and throwing themselves on the ground as I left (OK, I didn't actually see this, but I know it had to have happened), but I couldn't stay. Time to move on!

I wonder what they're going to do with my statue?

I have so many things to talk about, and I know I'll have to write a couple times so I don't bore everybody. The Dallas Horse Park was kinda cool; the humans were real nice to me and I got to dress up almost every day and ride around in my Super Biscuit costume. There were so many humans that came to see me that I lost count a long time ago, but new ones just kept coming and coming. I wonder how many humans there are? Surely most of them have seen me by now? I ate real good there too, and guess I put a few extra pounds on the ole butt.....my human noticed it today when he saw me and said something. I'll have to look in my Horse-Human dictionary and find out what a "Lard Butt" is.

Before I catch you up on my arrival home though, I need to complain a second and insist on a new rule. I hate West Virginia. West Virginia makes my moving stall move WAAAYYY too much, and a horse of my status has no business having to be there. So if I am to go back to the Dallas Horse Park I insist that West Virginia be moved out of my way. Travelling in one of those long silver things that took me from California to Kentucky a few years ago is also acceptable.

OK, back to my arrival. Things here looked different! I mean they looked mostly the same, but it took me a second to figure out what was changed - alot of the trees by the barn were gone, and its like a big field back there now. But its real dry and there's no grass or anything yet.

I looked around and found Lexi! She was hanging out with Treasure, and I figured that is gonna stop right now, and I'll be the one to stop it. When Treasure stuck his head in my stall door and put his ears back I went "Phhhhtttttt" and bit him on the neck! Lexi was right there and the look she gave me made me feel 18 hands high. Then Treasure and I started to talk, and you know what? He's a cool guy! I apologized for that time before the horseshow when I said bad things to him, and he apologized for wanting to kill me. Later, after dinner, I went out on the big field with my friend Treasure. Oh yeah, Lexi came along too.

Lexi told me all about her trip to Colorado with her human, and all the things she did out there. She didn't even have to go through West Virginia! She told me she had won some kinda race a few dinners ago too, and got some of those fluttery things. I told her all I did during the summer was "Bring joy to the hearts of countless people, and provide unforgettable memories". She said that sounded cool.

My old friend Strollin is back too! I guess he decided he didn't want to be adopted to his blonde anymore and started running away when he saw her. Not long after that our human came and brought him back here.

Chablis is still here too (he lives here forever I guess), so is Zip. There's a new guy the humans call Shady. He hasn't been here too long and will be adopted soon. Lexi said he is a nice guy, but when he first showed up he didn't know anything. I can tell by the marks on his butt that he was educated with Treasure's help.

There's one more new guy here. He calls himself Sampson, and he thinks the sun comes up every day just because he wants it to. He mostly stays in his stall because he hurt his leg, but I did get a chance to talk to him during dinner. He said he was here because he made people fly through the air when they tried to ride him. He seemed kinda proud of that, and I asked him "Did you get cookies for doing that?" He said no. So I said "So....whats the point?" I told him that if he did that to our humans that Treasure and I would kick him between his running lights. Then I told him to get a haircut! If this guy ever shows up in Arkansas with that hair, my old friends would have him squeelin like a filly.

I must admit I was beyond shocked to learn that Sampson has his very own name-thingie for writing letters to ya'll!!! I took care of THAT little bit of favoritism right away, as you can see.

Well, its been a long day, and I need to get back to Lexi and Treasure, but I promise I'll write more soon.

PS: Why does Lexi keep calling me "her little Man-O-War"?

8. Yes, that is a camera. We see EVERYTHING you do.

Dear Diary,

Well, I'm all settled in now at The Dallas Horse Park! These humans really went out of their way for me here - they even put up a huge statue of me in front of my park that you can even see at night. Guess there's lots of folks out here that need to be made happy!

Everybody scurried around a couple dinners ago, fussing over me and putting stuff in the moving stall. Then, it was time to leave. Lexi got to come out and say goodbye (see pic!) then we were gone.

It was a long drive! I went through like 2 haynets I think. There was this one part of the drive where we were going up, up, up for a long time, then it was down, down down. It made my head pop! The humans said we were crossing the Apple-something mountains, but I didn't even smell an apple. After this it was real bumpy for a long time...thump thump THUMP THUMP..... thump thump THUMP THUMP I can still hear that sound. And it was Leeeaaaaannn to one side, then Leeeeannnn to the other. All this time there were big growlers and howlers and things going by outside the stall. Finally things settled down and I was able to catch up on my beauty rest! Along with snoozing and eating, I also studied the "Trailer Rules" that are on the wall. I never really paid much attention to them before. They have alot of rules to follow - I asked the human to make sure he sent a copy for you to read too.

What's a Glue Factory?

Anyway, we finally got to my park after it was dark. It was also after my normal dinner time! I saw my statue and stuff, and then was put in my room. It was very dark, but I could see alot of horses around me! I wonder who invited them!? Then my humans surprised me by bringing me my dinner, in my old bucket! Where did thay have THAT all this time!

The next day there were alot of people walking by to see me, then my humans came back and rubbed on me and gave me some cookies. I saw then a few more times that day, then all the cookies were gone and they had to leave.

I also learned that a friend of mine was here, but he got sick and died. I remember him from my movie days, and it was sad that he got sick. I got your back, Two Step!

I guess I'll be pretty busy here, but will try to write sometime. If not, think how long a letter I'll have for the human to send you when its time to leave! If any of you know where The Dallas Horse Park is, stop by and see me!

And don't forget to bring a cookie!

Dear Diary,

Well, the humans were good to their word! Lexi and I got to go away together for a trail ride! It was great.....just me and my girl alone in the forest. Well, alone if you don't count the two humans that came along to chaperone.

The ride almost didn't happen! The male human was putting new shoes on Lexi, when she decided she needed her foot back NOW. She got it back too, but a nail stuck the humans hand and did a number on him. It musta hurt bad because there was alot of blood and he started speaking a language I didn't know - maybe he speaks French like the girl that came to see me? Anyway, he had to leave to see the needle lady and came back with his finger all wrapped up and couldn't put shoes on Lexi. Lexi told me she couldn't go on the trail without shoes! Then today I heard the female human ask the male if he wanted to ride Treasure on the trail ride!!!! Oh great - like THAT would be fun for me, a romantic afternoon with Brutus. Anyway, at the last minute the male remembered something, and put these special boots on Lexi and away we went! I coulda kissed him for that!

The female rode me and the male rode Lexi and we took the same path as last time, along the water to a spot with lots of sand and gravel. Then the humans took our saddles off and it was Play Time! I splashed and splashed and made bubbles with my nose. At one point I got into a splashing contest with the female. I won of course. Lexi splashed some, but mostly she watched me and ate grass. She's too much of a woman to get down and silly! We hung out there for a while, just playing in the water and eating grass, then rode back to the barn. It was a nice day.

Dear Diary,

Today, I, Rich in Dallas, had an epiphany. I thought an epiphany was what happened when you ate too many cookies, but the humans said it was a word for when you finally "get it" and suddenly you understand something. Today I "got" what I was all about! I also got alot of cookies; I will never eat another cookie as long as I live. Or maybe just until tomorrow.

Today the humans and I went for a ride; it wasn't a real long drive, maybe half a haynet or so. We stopped at this place that had big buildings and the most BEAUTIFUL fields of grass and clover! A female human met us there and talked to my humans while I inspected the grass and put my Superhero mask on. Mild mannered Dallas one minute - Super Biscuit the next! Then we walked up to the buildings and I was greeted by all kinds of humans. There were humans that walked up to me, and little teeny humans that wobbled around until bigger humans carried them to me. There were humans that were sitting and could roll around, and even some that were still in bed! I could tell that alot of these humans were not feeling well, and I was extra careful when I took my cookies from their hands. Some of the teeny hands were so small the cookies looked bigger than their hands! I stayed with them for a long time before it was time to go back home.

So, back to my epiphany. On the drive home I got to thinking about the day; the humans that were there and what I heard my humans telling them. Now, this may sound silly, but all of a sudden it hit me! I didn't just happen to walk up to a bunch of humans standing around waiting for something to show up that they could feed cookies to. Those humans were there because they wanted to see me! I, Rich In Dallas, was the whole reason they were there! And I made them happy; from the ones that could hardly hold a cookie up to the big humans that were there - I made them all happy. And because I can do this, I can help other horses find good homes. I can maybe save other horses lives! Wow. Thats alot of responsibility for a little redneck from Arkansas.

Epiphanies can be exausting - I was pretty tired after that and napped the rest of the way home.

I guess my time here before I leave for the Horse Park is getting pretty short - maybe 8 dinners or so? I will have some visitors one day, and then that trail ride the humans promised me. It will be like a date; me and Lexi together for a while, splashing in the water. I look forward to that!

Hi everybody! I haven't written in over 8 dinners, so thought I better write a short note so you know that I'm OK and not off making more movies or something. I've been thinking alot about my next movie, btw, and want to try something different. Maybe a romance? I really love the women and would be a natural! I just don't want to get typecast as the heroic underdog racehorse, as I am so much more versatile than that.

I had a visitor yesterday that was really different. At first I thought I had mud in my ears or something, as I couldn't understand her noises, nor those of her friends. Then I realized that my humans couldn't understand them either. It was very interesting to watch the humans try to communicate when they couldn't make noise! They would make some real dumb horses! Anyway, she was very pretty and spoke perfect "cookie" though, so I was fine with her. I heard she was from someplace the humans called "France", and just wanted to meet me since she saw my movie.

And while I'm on the subject of places, have I mentioned how crazy this place is lately? Its been real pretty and warm lately, then all of a sudden Wham! Its cold and windy and it actually snowed yesterday! Thanks to the male human my winter coat is like gone now, so I had to wear a blanket for a few hours. Now today its once again warm outside.

I was in the newspaper here the other day, and will also be in 2 magazines next month! I'll make sure the humans show you the stories.

I was told that I get to go visit some small humans at a hospital next week. I seem to make small humans very happy, so maybe I can make these guys a little happier too. They aren't feeling well and have to live in buildings full of needle ladies, so they have a lot of feeling happy to catch up on. Then, I was told I was going to something called The Kentucky Horse Park for a whole bunch of dinners. This sounds like an interesting place, and I guess I'm supposed to help them feel happy too by having somebody so famous staying there. They better have cookies there. I told Lexi that I had to go on the road for a while, but would be back when our hair started getting long again. She understands; thats life for us Hollywood types.

The male human promised me that trail ride to the water before I leave, and this time I get to splash and roll all I want. That'll be fun!

Not much else going on right now. I heard that now Euless was adopted too, but she won't leave until after I start my summer tour. That bag of bones sure turned out to be one fine looking lady! Oh yeah - our Treat selection has really grown too. We have carrots, carrot cookies, apple cookies and "mystery" cookies now. I now consider myself a cookie expert. The humans call me a cookie monster.

Bye!

April 16, 2005
Hi everybody! I promised I would write after the "show", so now that I know what a "show" is I guess its time to tell ya'll about it.

Looking back, I shoulda figured something was up the dinner before the show. I had humans crawling all over me, washing, running the buzzers all over my head, combing, spraying. I got my feet trimmed and they even put stuff on my feet that made them black. Right next door to me was Treasure, and he was getting the same stuff done. That night I didn't get to go out, but spent the night next to Treasure. I admit now that I talked manure to him, telling him if I ever saw him with my Lexi that his butt was mine etc etc. I can be brave when there's bars between us! Treasure never said a word, but just smiled at me. Sorta made me feel that he knew something I didn't.

Well, today started out with breakfast, then the most terrifying thing happened: I was walked outside to get into the moving stall thing......right next to Treasure! I swear he looked at me and winked, and I knew the day was gonna go badly. Once we were moving and all alone all he said was "Not today. But soon. When you aren't looking." Please God, keep the fence strong.

Anyway, we went to a place where there were lots and lots of humans and horses and a big sandy place they were riding in. I admit I really don't know what I was doing, but first the female human got dressed real nice like and rode me in the sandy place with a bunch of other horses. Nobody was racing or anything - all we did was walk and trot. Then we had to stand still ( I had a hard time with that!), then I heard my name real loud and a human walked up and gave me a fluttery thing. Then we rode out of the sand. The humans seemed real excited about this fluttery thing and I got like a million "Good Boys", plus a few cookies. This is all right! Beats racing any day!

Later the human changed colors and looked like the man from my movie days! I got into my movie uniform too, and we went back to the sandy place all alone. We rode around and did different things while I kept hearing my name real loud. At one point I was asked to run, but I said "No, this is fast enough." I didn't want to win and maybe end up going home with somebody else and never see Lexi again! Beside - I'm retired!

After this there was like a million humans all around and they all wanted to rub me and stand close while light things flashed. After I walked all over a few of them they stopped and let me alone. Just Kiddin!!

Later the male human took me into the sand place again and we went around and over things set up there. I had to trot around some things, walk over some, back through some and stand still in some while he walked away without me. I sucked at that part! (oops. sorry) After that I got another fluttery thing and the "Good Boys" started all over again.

After all this we were all pretty tired and were thinking about going home. Then this teeny tiny human came up and gave me a cookie! I seemed to make him real happy for some reason, and because I didn't eat his hand or otherwise maim him I got more "Good Boys" hahaha

What a day.......

P.S. from the Humans about Dallas' performance:
1) Beginner horse on the flat. Class is for where either the horse OR rider is riding in their first show. A Hunter class. Dallas took 5th place! He would have placed higher if he was able to stand still at the end of the class, but we were very proud of him.
2) Trail Class. Class involves manuevering over, around and through obstacles. Dallas got 2nd place. He probably would have won the class, but I have never worked on ground tying with him and there was no way he was going to stand in "the box" while I walked away. He did real good on everything else.

April 10, 2005
I told the humans that I would't ask them to write any more letters until after the show, but I lied. Hey, its their fault - they keep doing things that I just HAVE to tell about!

Like today for example. Going to school is old news by now, right? I mean I've wrote and told everybody how good I'm doing and how smart and wonderful I am yada yada yada, right? The female human has been riding me mainly (she is a VERY good rider and helps me learn stuff!), but today the male human said "Today we do something totally different".

I had seen him put a saddle on Lexi and just ride away. They would disappear for a long time and I wondered where they went, but when I asked Lexi she would just sorta looked at me like I was silly and say "You don't get out much, do ya hollywood boy?" Well, today I found out. The male got on my back and the female got on Zip (he raced too, but he likes other boys if ya know what I mean) and we just rode away. We went through areas where we were surrounded by trees and had to be careful not to run into any. We went on grassy roads and hard roads with rocks. We stopped at the biggest waterhole I ever saw. Then we rode down to a place where the water made lots of noise and we got in and splashed. It was great! I wanted to roll in the water so bad I could almost taste it, but everytime I started I got fussed at so I never got to. If you look at the one picture called Dallas 041 you can see just how close I got to rolling! The human said we would come back without a saddle and I could roll then.

I had alot of fun and saw alot of things. I even saw these big birds that ran away instead of flying - the humans called them turkeys and said they could fly if they wanted to. I heard the humans talking on the way back too. They were saying how great I did and how Zip was being such a "butthead". I guess a butthead means when you want to do nothing but run and you act silly about it? I wouldn't know - I'm a Good Boy.

Anyway, talk to you later.

March 23, 2005: Dallas sees the dentist!
Dear Diary,

Today I decided I was going to run away from here, as I can't put up with the horrible things they did to me. I think I'll wait until after dinner to make my escape though. OK, so what's going on, you ask?

Today was another warm, sunny day and things were great. It was mid-day. Lexi, myself and Strollin were all laying down talking a nap, while Bones was standing nearby eating. (more about Bones later). Then here comes the man, walking across the field with a rope and halter, gets me up and takes me back to the barn. How rude! But the bad stuff was just getting started! The needle-woman was there, and sure enough she soon stuck me with a needle and I started getting SSOOOOOO sleepy and having all kinds of weird thoughts and was just staring down at the stall floor with my nose almost in the sawdust. Sawdust is incredible when you're stoned, btw. Anyway, then they came in with this shiny metal thing and put it on my head. It went between my front teeth too, and somehow it made me hold my mouth open no matter how hard I tried to close it. It was terrible! So there I am, stoned out of my mind, wearing some medieval torture device on my head, with my tongue hanging out. Then, the needle woman started to stick these long metal tools in my mouth and attack my teeth with them! It made my whole head vibrate and seemed to go on forever. Just when I thought I had had enough and was thinking about doing something real bad (like try to move my feet!), they stopped and took everything off. Then it was "Good Boy, Dallas" and hay and water were brought in. "Good Boy Dallas" my big brown butt - I'm a celebrity and don't have to take this kinda stuff. If I ever find a phone I'm calling my agent.

Oh yeah, I was gonna tell you about Bones. It was very late one night, and I was sound asleep in my stall when I heard the humans coming and then it got light all of a sudden. I got up to see what was going on, and the humans were bringing a mare into the stall across from Strollin and I. She must have been lost or something and couldn't find any humans to feed her, because she was really skinny. After the humans put a blanket on her and gave her some hay and water and left, Strollin and I found out her name is Euliss and she wasn't lost or anything but came from someplace where the humans didn't like her or something. Then she started eating, and I don't think she has stopped since. I call her Bones, but not to her face. Strollin nicknamed her "Bob", which he said meant Bag Of Bones. That didn't last long though, as the next thing I know Strollin is like totally in love with her and following her everywhere. Now "Bob" is called "Princess".

The male human sometimes takes me to the big sandy area for "school". Remember when I said the male had told we were going to learn "The 7 Games", and that I already knew them but didn't know it yet? Well, he was right! We've only done a couple so far, but its like the same thing us horses do to talk to each other. I've never done it with a human before; with a little work he should come around nicely. I tried to suggest that humans stop walking around all the time with their ears pinned back because it worries the heck out of us, but they're all still keeping them pinned back.

Other than the abuse and wanting to run away, all is fine here. I still go out everyday with my friends, and sleep in my stall next to either Strollin or his Princess. I like my stall here, btw. Its pretty big, and its easy to talk to my friend when I'm in it so I don't feel like the last horse on the planet.

Before I close, the male human wanted me to write down this: "Dallas had his teeth floated on 3-23-05, and completed his last vaccinations that day also. Euliss also had her nasty teeth floated and vaccinations given." I'm sure this is important for what??

Hi all,

Once again I have put the humans here to work writing you a note for me. I just couldn't wait to tell!

Remember the one horse I mentioned that I said thought she was the Queen of Sheeba? I may have mentioned that the humans call her Lexi, and she is the male humans horse. Well, I think I am in love with her! She is just too cute. I promised her I would make sure she had a role in my next major motion picture.

When is my next major motion picture?

I made sure some pictures of us were attached so you could see us. I think we make a nice couple myself.

I asked the humans here to send you a note so I could tell you whats going on with me now that I moved to Virginia.

What a strange place - yesterday it was snowing, and today its warm and sunny. I wonder what tomorrow will be like?

There are two humans here; a mare and a colt (maybe a gelding? Its hard to tell with them sometimes). They are both very nice to me. Today they really cleaned me up good. I got a bath for my legs, got my mane cut, my tail all brushed out, my whiskers trimmed and a bridal path cut. I also got my feet all trimmed up and painted with hoof hardener. Then I got to go out in the big field and run around with my friends. My closest friend is Strollin. He was at the other farm too, and came down here with me. He pestered the $#!% out of me in the trailer for 6 hours while I was trying to nap, but its nice to have someone I know. My other friends are Scampy and Lexi. Scampy is an old man that looks like he was put together by a committee - nothing fits well. But he's kinda nice and doesn't bother me. Lexi is a big black mare and she thinks she's the Queen of Sheba or something. She wears a purple ribbon in her forelock and has a little stuffed animal hanging from her blanket that the humans call her "Blanket Fairy". I have no idea what THATS all about. None of them are movie stars like me, but they seem OK with that and in fact are not impressed. There are a few other horses in the other field but I haven't met them. They are all lead by a big black gelding named Treasure who is the boss, and is convinced he is God's Gift to the Horse World or something. I'm glad there's a fence between him and me.

I'm getting plenty to eat here and get to eat by myself in my stall. The food is different but good - it has grain in it and wet beet pulp and corn oil. I lick my bucket so clean a Maytag couldn't get it any cleaner.

I hear that my "job" right now is to start having visitors and sometimes go places. I am supposed to learn some new stuff like "trail riding" and "dressage", but don't really know what thats all about. The male human talks about learning "The 7 Games" first, and says I really already know them but don't know it yet. I have no clue what he's talking about!

Oh yeah - the pictures. The one is the female human trimming my face with the buzzers. Then the male human trimming my feet and being patient when I got my nose real close to see what he was beating on. The last pic is me and Strollin out exploring. I'm in front; Strollin is a bit of a scaredy cat and wants me to always go first.
